The Affenpinscher, originally from Germany was bred to hunt vermins like rats and other rodents from the kitchen, granary, and other areas. They make great house pets with a balanced wiry-haired terrier-like appearance. As a toy dog, they’re very intelligent and have a calm personality.

Affenpinscher Chihuahua Mix
First up is the Affenhuahua or what others refer to as Affenchi. This is a toy dog crossbreed between the Affenpinscher and Chihuahua. They are very friendly, gentle, and full of high energy. With a long life expectancy of 15 years, this family pet has a height of about six to 11 inches and a weight of one to six pounds.
The Affenhuahua is characterized by its very small body, round head, a black nose with a short muzzle, and a long tail. Affenpinscher Yorkie Mix
The Affenshire is a crossbreed between the Affenpinscher and the Yorkshire Terrier. A hypoallergenic designer dog with a perky appearance, outstanding personality, and very small size. The Affenpug as you would guess is a crossbreed between the German Affenpinscher and the Chinese Pug. A designer dog takes the best from both worlds to create a short and small-sized dog weighing seven to 18 pounds and a height of nine to 12 inches.
The Affenpug has a variance of characteristics including a small and flattened head, brown eyes, black nose, upright ears, medium-sized curly tail, and a rough medium length wiry coat. Coat colors can be Sable, fawn, or red.
